Working hours: Full time (MON – FRI | 08:30 – 17:30)
We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join the technical team and collaborate on the development of industrial 3D printers, following the product through all its phases, from design to commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Mechanical design and CAD drafting of mechanical components for industrial 3D printers;
- Management of the product lifecycle: from design and prototyping, through validation, to installation and post-sales support;
- Selection and sizing of mechanical components and technical interface with suppliers of industrial components and systems;
- Management and updating of technical documentation and project drawings, including design changes, maintenance procedures, and technical manuals;
- Support for assembly, testing, installation, and machine start-up activities, in collaboration with the electrical and PLC teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- At least 2 years of experience as a mechanical design engineer in the industrial automation sector;
- Excellent knowledge of 3D CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360);
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally;
- Driving license (Category B).
